The buy: Delta Hotels and Resorts has launched a chain-wide sale in Canada.

The savings: Up to 50 per cent.

The catch: You have to book by Dec. 16 for stays through March 31. Blackout dates at specific properties are shown on Delta’s online rate calendar.

Why it’s worth it: The sale applies to 44 hotels. Prices range from the Delta Vancouver Airport at $79 per night on weekends to Delta Chelsea, Toronto, and Delta Montreal, $89 nightly; Delta Quebec, $89 weeknights; Delta Ottawa, $95 nightly; Delta Lodge at Kananaskis and Delta Bow Valley, Calgary, $99 weeknights; Delta Grand Okanagan, Kelowna and Delta Halifax, $99 nightly and Delta Winnipeg, $109 weekends.
